Terms

These terms cover buying a placement on antioutbid.lol. Using the site at all means you accept them. They are written to be read, so the parts that cost you money are stated first rather than buried.

1. What you are actually buying

You are buying advertising: a bid amount that places a link to your website or profile on this page. Placements are ordered by bid, highest first. Where two bids are equal, the one made earlier ranks higher.

The consequence is immediate and worth stating plainly: a higher bid can be beaten at any moment by a higher one, and you may drop position minutes after paying. Nothing is malfunctioning when that happens.

If you are already listed, raising your bid costs only the difference between your current bid and the new one. Your bid never decreases as a result of a purchase.

2. This is not gambling

Stated explicitly because the mechanic superficially resembles one, and it does not. antioutbid.lol runs no gambling, betting, lottery, sweepstake, prize competition or game of chance, and nothing here is a financial product or an investment.

Specifically:

• Nothing is decided by chance. Position follows arithmetically from bid amounts. There is no draw, no randomiser and no element of luck in the outcome.
• There is no prize and no pot. Money paid is a fee for advertising, not a stake. No participant can ever win money, and payments are never redistributed between participants.
• You always receive what you paid for. A placement is delivered immediately on payment. There is no losing outcome in which you receive nothing.
• Nothing can be cashed out. There are no accounts, balances, credits, tokens or withdrawals.
• The slot-machine animation is decoration. The mascot on the homepage plays a reel animation and awards absolutely nothing. It is not a game, cannot be played, cannot be won, and has no bearing on any placement or price.

We also do not facilitate or promote any illegal activity. See section 5 for what may not be advertised here.

3. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. A placement is a digital service delivered in full the moment payment completes, so there is nothing to return. In particular, no refund is due because:

• you were outbid, whether after a month or after a minute;
• you received fewer clicks or less traffic than you hoped;
• you changed your mind, or bid on the wrong address by mistake;
• you raised your bid and then wished you had not.

Where consumer law in your country gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right for digital services, by purchasing you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right once the placement goes live — which is at once. This does not affect any right you have that cannot be waived by agreement.

We may refund at our discretion in two situations, and we will: if a technical fault on our side meant your placement never displayed, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase. Write to sagarkushwah2510@gmail.com and include the order reference from your receipt. A refunded payment reduces your bid by the amount returned, which may change your position.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the transaction itself. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — a dispute over a clearly-stated non-refundable fee costs us both time.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. The price of a position is calculated by us from the current board at the moment you ask for it, and a quoted price expires shortly after it is issued — if you leave a checkout open, expect to be re-quoted. Taxes are collected by Lemon Squeezy where applicable and are not part of your bid.

5. What may not be advertised

You must have the right to advertise the address you submit. We will remove, without refund, any placement that in our sole judgement links to:

• anything unlawful where we or our users are located, or content that facilitates it;
• malware, phishing, fraud, scams or deceptive schemes of any kind;
• sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material — reported, not merely removed;
• adult content, gambling services, or unlicensed financial, pharmaceutical or crypto offerings;
• content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against people or groups;
• impersonation of another person, business or brand, or infringement of their rights;
• anything that misrepresents its nature to get past this list.

We may remove or hide any placement for any reason, including reasons not listed here. A placement removed under this section is not refunded. This is a judgement we would rather make quickly than fairly-but-too-late.

6. Availability and changes

The site is provided as-is. We may change the design, the pricing, the number of visible positions, or how placements are displayed, and we may suspend or discontinue placements entirely. If we discontinue them permanently we will say so on the site. Nothing here promises a minimum number of impressions, clicks or uptime.

Click counts shown next to a placement are our own measurement, taken when someone follows the link. They are offered in good faith and will not match a third-party analytics tool exactly; no measurement of clicks ever does.

7. Not affiliated with outbid.lol

antioutbid.lol is an independent observer of outbid.lol. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to it. Figures about that board are derived from its public pages and may lag it by up to five minutes. Buying a placement here does not place you on outbid.lol, and has no effect on it whatsoever.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or from a placement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your non-excludable rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, EU consumer law, or equivalent law where you live.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives it to you.
